All work sold on this site is unframed unless otherwise stated, and the dimensions refer to the unframed artwork.
The artist reserves the right to cancel or refuse a sale at any time.
The person buying the artwork must provide up to date information and address details, and the artist takes no responsibilty for work that is unable to be delivered due to a lack of accurate information.
All purchases must be made in pounds sterling; no other currency is accepted.
All customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Should any package be refused at delivery the customer is still liable for customs /duties and this will be deducted from the refund cost.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a full refund is available, providing the item is wrapped in its original packaging and returned within 14 days of original receipt.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us via web form submission or email as soon as possible.
The returns parcel would need to be signed for and insured to the correct amount.
The work needs to arrive in good condition otherwise you will be liable for the value.
No responsibility will be taken by the artist for a returns shipment that does not arrive.
Unfortunately the cost of return shipping cannot be refunded.
The refund will be issued to the same account as was used for payment.
